Friday the 13th Digging

So I grew up being told that Friday the 13th was a scary day when unlucky things happened to otherwise good people.

Like most things I learned as a child, I believed them. (That’s how you get a 4.0 GPA!)

But then, one day, I dug down a little deeper and found a story that was a little different.

Yes, you’ve got the romanticized story of Friday the 13th that the Hollywood dream factory would like you to think about: the one that movies like the Da Vinci Code promote where that’s the day the Pope gave the edict for the Knights Templar to be eradicated.

But there’s a far better (and older) story if you dig a little deeper than that one.

The story I’m talking about is the one where you discover that the number 13, the number of the Goddess, has been revered as a powerful number for eons.

The moon, as a symbol of the Divine Feminine, with its 13 cycles, gives you some simple clues to explain the symbology of the power of the number 13.

But our calendar doesn’t follow the cycles of the moon anymore. Isn’t that odd? Wonder why not?

Well, if you’re going to destroy the balance of an entire planet, it’s best to start with their connection to the very being (the Earth) that keeps them alive.

Now I spent the first half of my life asking questions in school about things I was told to think.

This second part of my life, however, I’ve been asking questions you’re not supposed to ask.

This is far more fun.

The story of the Divine Feminine has largely been erased from our history, of course,…and for good reason! You can’t control a whole planet of people if half of them truly believe they are the source of life and understand THEY have the real power.

That’s just not going to work!

You’ve got to get them off balance and disconnected.

When people are out of balance, then you can control them.

And you can get them to run around for their entire lives concerned about their credit scores or the interest rate on their “death pledge” (mortgage) or obsess about their 401(k)lmnop or other completely fabricated chains to control the human spirit.

You target the symbols of power, demonize them, suppress them, channel them for your aims. You take a day like Friday the 13th, the day of the Goddess, and you flip it upside down and hide its true power and slap a new story on it.

Bingo! This is only one of thousands of places where this has been done of course.

And in my experience, it’s these layers of lies and half-truths that make life harder than it needs to be.

Most of my struggles in life and business have nothing to do with actually achieving things. They come out of me not realizing I was operating with faulty information, with lies I believed were true.

So the REAL journey here is one of shedding lies and other garbage that was never mine.

So here’s a good question for such an auspicious day:

What have you been led to believe that isn’t so? Do you know? How would you know? You have to go digging to know.

You risk being called out and ostracized by the programmed masses when you ask questions like that.

But it’s more than worth it.
