The “buy today or the puppy gets it!” approach really only harms you and I’m sure it freaks out puppies all over the world.

Coercion, in any form, while popular, is really stupid.

Communicating to someone that this is your one shot, or else, says far more about YOU than anything else.

The good news is that the need for pressure to act only comes as a result of poorly conceived systems.

Well conceived systems setup a natural reason for a decision at various points along the journey of your prospective client. The decision needs to be theirs to make, at the time they are ready.

That’s how you end up with a relationship with someone that is stronger AFTER the “deal” closes than before.

It’s by design, not luck.
